Responsibilities
- Assist in daily finance operations (includes payments, receipts, AP & AR transactions);
- Assist in partial/full set of accounts and prepare balance sheet schedules and ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into MYOB accounting system;
- Posting of month-end closing journal entries;
- General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies;
- Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
- Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge Requirements
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen or permanent resident;
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Proficient in Chinese language. Able to speak, write and understand mandarin;
- Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Looking for full-time candidates available to work from Monday to Friday in office.
2 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Expected salary: $2,500 - $2,900 per month
