Job Objective:
- Provide customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Create quotations, preparation of forms
- Show excellent customer service by telephone and email
- Support the team in areas of sales and marketing – preparation of brochure etc
- Create powerpoints and slides
- Prepare sales and purchases documents, including simple quotations, invoices, POs and other documents.
- Arranges service appointments with customers. Track customers’ request and ensure follow up.
- Track payment status and follow up with outstanding payments from customers
- Support the team in areas of sales and marketing.
- Receives goods and prepares them for tech team
Job requirements
- Working experience is not essential as on job training will be provided.
- Diploma, O or A Levels
- Good team player and sales service oriented.
- MS Office Excel and Powerpoint
- Able to start within short notice or immediately is advantageous.
- 1 year direct sales or customer service experience advantageous. Those without will also be considered.
