Currently, we are focused on managing live streamer, gamer, and social media creators with a rapidly growing presence on Instagram and TikTok. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure collaboration opportunities with brands, agencies, and other content creators for Luna Digital Media’s talents.
- Leverage existing industry connections to create immediate opportunities and maintain strong relationships with current collaborators.
- Develop and pitch tailored media decks and proposals to potential partners, highlighting the unique strengths of our talent.
Social Media Strategy and Content Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Luna Digital Media’s goals and the branding of our talent.
- Collaborate with talent to create engaging, high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring it resonates with their audience.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to optimize content and audience engagement.
Project Ideation and Execution:
- Generate innovative project ideas that align with current trends and brand objectives.
- Oversee the execution of collaboration projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all content and commitments.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media channels and collaboration projects, providing regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in content creator management, social media management, or a related field.
- A strong interest in content creator marketing and social media trends, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and how they are used for content creator marketing.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with an interest in developing and executing new ideas.
