Key Responsibilities
1. Work with a team of technical officers and Managers to oversee day to day facilities operations for Mechanical / Electrical or Building Systems in an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract.
2. Responsible for upkeeping Mechanical / Electrical / Building Systems, Services or Equipment to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and take corrective actions as necessary to continuously improve performance.
3. Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors and provide liaising duties with clients to process job requests, servicing works, ensure service delivery, ad-hoc works, and all scheduled maintenances are performed on time with payment claimed.
4. Attend regular maintenance meetings on behalf of the Company with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.
5. Assist and support internal and external stakeholders in various functions such as urgent works, auditing, inspections, consultancy works, project works involving building infrastructure and site operations.
6. Work with SFSM and other FSMs, be responsible to carry out FSM duties including reviewing ERPs, coordinating fire drills, evaluating emergency evacuation procedures, monitor and recommend areas for improvements including submission of monthly / annual FSM reports to Authority as required.
Requirements
1. At least 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering trade works involving maintenance of building systems, equipment and services.
2. Minimally Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
3. Pro-active, committed, independent yet service and team-oriented, able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision and results-oriented.
4. Knowledge in International Civil Aviation Organization, Airport Engineering or Airport Management will be advantageous.
5. Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with experience preferred.
