Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day support in broad spectrum HR functions which might include employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
· Manage the training administration which include timely application and submission of training process, including coordination with relevant agencies or departments.
· Handling matters related to work passes for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations
· Administration of the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and possibly coordinating interviews and onboarding.
· Maintaining and updating employee records and leave data using an ERP system
· Keeping all employee-related documents up to date and organized
· Assisting in the implementation of HR projects and programs aimed at improving employee welfare
· Being flexible and handling additional tasks as needed
Requirement:
· · Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required
· At least of 2 to 3 years working experience in MNC environment and familiarity with HR processes
· Self-motivated, resourceful and a team player
· Familiarity with Singapore Employment Law is required
· Good organization and communication skills
· Proficient in MS office (MS word, excel, powerpoint)
