Job Title: HR & Finance, Assistant
Location: Taiseng
Working Day: 3 Days in the Office, 2 Days working from home
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: up to $2800(Depends on experience)
- To support daily HR and finance matters.
- Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including the recruitment & onboarding process.
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Assist in administering work pass applications.
- Assist in administering all government claims (Maternity leave, NS claim, Child-care leave claim etc)
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employees’ records etc.
- ·AR duties – Assist in preparing invoices and timely update of incoming receipts in the accounting system. Prepare Aging reports and follow up with customers on all outstanding payments.
- Assist in the upkeep of the fixed asset register.
- AP duties – Assist in posting invoices, preparing payments, checking cash claims, and processing payments.
- Assist in the year-end audit process.
- Assist in month-end closing.
- Assist in performing stock-take and reconciling inventories.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.
- Meticulous and process-driven
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Healthcare/Retail industry will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Navision and Hyperion preferably
