Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and insightful Research Analyst to join our dynamic team at OPPI. The ideal candidate will excel at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business improvement. By recognising trends and anomalies in multivariate datasets, this individual will play a crucial role in telling a compelling story through their analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive, fact-based research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the publication of research commentaries and papers, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate and validate both new and established research sources to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
- Prepare clear and concise materials that summarise data, highlight key findings, and draw actionable conclusions to support critical business discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into business strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyse industry trends to keep the company informed of potential impacts and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Equivalent academic experience in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics).
- Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with additional data analysis tools is a plus.

- Strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting data-driven stories in a clear and engaging manner.
