Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the assigned clinics
- Assist in recruitment of the front line staff
- Provide support in data submission and evaluation, which includes data entry, data collection and extraction.
- To support administrative matters (e.g. scheduling meeting, minute writing, slide preparation and drafting protocol / documentation
- Working in collaboration with doctors and staff to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service and processes
- Coordinate work flow between clinics and Corporate office
- Ensure overall work processes are is compliance with SOP
- Point of contact for doctors on all operations matters
- Guide junior executives
- Other adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any specialisations
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare and/or operations.
- Able to multi-task, work under tight timeline and meet deliverables
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and resourceful worker
