FOOD MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR under Seafood processing company
Job Duties: Oversee the workflow and personnel in the facilities production department are also involved in the day-to-day seafood processing operations, also responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and supporting subordinates and upper management.
Essential Functions:
1.Ensures operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming receipts (e.g., raw seafood materials)
2.Maintaining, handling, and disposition of products and keeping warehouse/production inventory current up to the company standards.
3.Inspects the physical condition of warehouse/production equipment. Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacement.
4.Collaborates with other distribution centers/specialty companies and business leaders to ensure coordination of all business.
5.A supervisor must follow and maintain all Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety regulations and ensure all employees under their department follow all the regulations.
6.Completed all required training (e.g., Leadership, Equipment, and Operational), ensured employees’ adherence to company practices and procedures, and applied corrective action when needed.
Requirements:
1. In addition to being able to communicate in English, candidates are expected to be fluent in Mandarin
2. Able to work night shifts
