Job Description – Social Media Executive
As a Social Media Executive at Toktimes, you will be responsible for overseeing our social media presence across multiple platforms, leading strategy development, and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Curation: Assist in creating, engaging and relevant images/ video content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Youtube. Curate existing content and explore innovative ways to repurpose content to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Toktimes' business objectives. Identify target audiences, set clear goals, and create detailed plans to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions across all social media channels.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and interactions. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools to optimize reach and engagement.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with our online community through thoughtful and authentic interactions, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our followers. Identify trends and conversations relevant to our industry and initiate meaningful discussions.
- Social Media Advertising: Assist in creating and launching social media ad campaigns. Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting as needed, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Utilize data to make informed decisions, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed to improve overall performance.
- Crisis Management and Reputation Monitoring: Monitor social media for potential risks or negative feedback. Develop and execute strategies for timely response and effective crisis management to protect Toktimes' reputation.
