Job Description – Media Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, increasing company revenue, and building strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies & PR companies and other stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual with a genuine interest in the crypto/ gaming industry and a passion for media and communications.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies & PR companies, advertisers, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Regularly update clients on new opportunities, product offerings, and industry trends.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the crypto/blockchain/gaming industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to align sales strategies with content and promotional efforts.
Networking & Outreach:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and key stakeholders in the crypto/ gaming space.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase brand visibility and credibility.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or media relations, preferably within the crypto & gaming industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A genuine interest in the blockchain/ crypto/ gaming/ media industry and a willingness to contribute to our company's growth and success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
