- Order and Stock taking. Ensure sufficient Stock Quantity for dail operation
- Be experienced and effective in kitchen for ingredients preparation
- Prepare ingredients in line with food hygiene & halal compliant standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintain to standard, rules & regulations needed to be followed (safety precautions)
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks whenever necessary by managers
- Min 1 year of experience in F&B industry
- Able to work in a team, positive attitude
- Willing to learn. Good integrity and personality
- Able to comply with Food Hygiene & Halal Regulations
Working Hours:
- 44 Hours and 5.5 Day Work Week
- Saturday Afternoon and Sunday off
- All Public Holiday will be off, no work shift required.
