Your Responsibilities:
· Manage the full suite of Talent Acquisition process, including screening and interviewing prospective candidates, as well as closing offers for successful placements.
· Understand the requirements and hiring needs of internal departments in order to achieve successful hiring outcomes for the company’s growth and expansion.
· Conduct the onboarding process for new hires, serving as their first point of contact, and integrating them into the company culture.
· Monitor and create job listings on recruitment channels to proactively reach out and target potential candidates.
· Support campus outreach activities and recruitment branding materials to attract prospective candidates.
· Participate in external client projects
Candidates We are Looking For:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
· Graduates with strong track records in school / internship experience, without working experience, are encouraged to apply.
· Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities for cultivating robust professional connections.
· Embrace a proactive attitude and positive mind-set towards challenge.
· Thrive in a team environment and value collaborative work.
