Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records in personnel files and HRIS.
- Manage E-leave and E-attendance systems, including leave application and daily attendance tracking.
- Process and verify employee claims for medical, dental, transport, and travel allowances.
- Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Provide HR support from on-boarding to off-boarding processes.
- Assist in payroll-related tasks and ensure timely government claim submissions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
