Job Scope:
Operations Support:
● Support the running of the client's Accelerator platform, including design of the challenge sites, managing enquiries and reporting of statistics.
● Assist in the onboarding and support of start-ups within the acceleration platform.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate networking and guidance for start-ups.
● Contribute to organising events, workshops, and meet-ups to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Marcoms support:
● Design of marketing collaterals (e.g banners, infographics) for the innovation challenge pages and for social media (i.e LinkedIn) posts using commercial graphics design applications such as Canva.
● Draft marketing and social media messaging for posting on various marketing channels. LinkedIn posts and newsletters.
● Curation of compelling content, including case studies, success stories, and thought leadership pieces.
● Coordinate events, webinars, and workshops to engage the startup community and investors.
● Leverage digital channels, social media, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Administrative Support:
● Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing documentations.
● Provide logistical support for events and activities related to the client's acceleration program.
Requirements
● Diploma or higher in engineering, mass communications or a related field.
● Strong interest in technology startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
● Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, graphics editing and HTML coding.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Salary: $2400/month
Location: One-North
Contract Period: 6 months to 1 year
Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
