Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Sales & Operations Engineer with expertise in Air Handling Units (AHU), refrigeration systems, and electrical systems. This role involves maintaining and optimizing these systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
Responsibilities:
- AHU Maintenance & Operation: Inspect, maintain, and repair Air Handling Units.
- Refrigeration Systems: Service and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, including refrigeration piping system and compressors.
- Electrical Systems: Maintain and repair electrical systems and components.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain accurate records.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, sales teams, and internal departments to coordinate project implementation.
- Generate technical documentation, including datasheets, installation manuals, and operation guides, to support project implementation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project designs and specifications to verify adherence to industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Oversee project implementation, coordinating activities among internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Provide on-site support during equipment installation, startup, and commissioning, addressing technical challenges and ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, product training, and assistance with installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Address any technical issues or concerns raised by clients and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Implement quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and other adverse impacts.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and providing value-added solutions to meet evolving needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, contractors, and clients on product application, installation best practices, and maintenance procedures to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and above
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with AHU, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of safety protocols.

Working Conditions:
- Immediate Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with standard office hours
