Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries, promoting products, and assisting with order fulfillment.
- Restock and organize merchandise following the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct checks for out-of-stock items, product quality, and expiration dates.
- Ensure accurate price tagging on all products.
- Handle cashiering tasks, including processing customer exchanges, refunds, and promoting the customer loyalty program during checkout.
- Create and maintain attractive retail displays.
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with retail outlet opening and closing procedures, including participating in the cashier balancing process.
- Take part in regular stock-taking activities.
Requirements:
- Open only to Singaporeans.
- Retail experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
- Positive attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English reading and comprehension.
- IT literacy is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10kg or more.
- Work locations include Bedok, Pasir Ris, Downtown East, and Holland Village.
5 days work week (with one weekend off if roster allows) and it depends on the outlet, Holland V only has one shift, 10-7 meanwhile the rest have morning/afternoon/full shirt.
