Role Description ( Home based working)
This role is a hybrid position, setup on short term contract basis for supporting the day-to-day functioning of the HR department .
Job Accountability
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the internal and external HR functions and duties;
- Assists Manager/Executive in handling all HR & admin functions e.g. staffing, recruitment, training, documentation etc).
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees;
- Communicate with Government agencies when necessary
- Assists in and Ad-Hoc HR/Admin-related matters.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned
Educational/Skills Qualification
- Pro-active attitude, responsive, able to multitask well & eye for details
- Able to communicate fluently in English (written/spoken)
- Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and under pressure
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
