Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our Obstetrics & Gynaecology clinic. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of clinical experience and be proficient in managing medical insurance claims. You will play a key role in providing excellent patient care and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent frontline customer service, including patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs.
- Process medical insurance claims, tax invoices, and payments.
- Assist with administrative and basic clinical duties, as well as ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in processing medical insurance claims.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- IT savvy with good organizational abilities.
- Able to start immediately or within a month.
Located: East (Between Kembangan & Eunos Mrt)
Time:
Mon: 9:30AM – 6:00PM
Tue to Fri: 9:30AM – 5:30PM
Sat: 9:00AM – 12:30PM
(Every Thursday 9:00am to 12:00pm at specific/given location in central area)
