Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF
contributions, etc. - Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.
- Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.
- Perform daily HR administrative duties.
- Handle work pass-related matters.
- Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.
- Carry out office administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is
required. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.
- Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving.
- Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- A team player who can also work independently.
