Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of nutritious and balanced meals according to school menu guidelines, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Menu Planning: Assist in menu planning with a focus on nutrition, taste, and presentation suitable for students of different age groups.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, place orders for ingredients, and manage food costs to minimize wastage.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a kitchen team, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation, conducting regular checks to meet the school's standards.
Rotating shifts:
6 AM - 5 PM
7 AM - 6 PM
9 AM - 8 PM
