Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction by maintaining positive relationships and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements, conducting property tours, and coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Monitor lease renewals and support negotiations with tenants.
- Assist in preparing and managing property budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Review and approve invoices, and ensure timely collection of rents and other payments.
- Ensure properties comply with all local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management and compliance.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other services.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance, maintenance activities, and tenant issues for management review.
- Keep accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and organizing property viewings.
- Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the Property Manager or other superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices, leasing procedures, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
