The Human Resource Executive supports execution of performance management programmes, and compensation and benefits plans. He/She oversees the preparation of the payroll reports and works with benefits partners for claim disbursements. He/She ensures the accuracy of performance and compensation records in the systems, as well as ensuring regulations are followed. He/She performs data analytics and shares insights reports with senior members of the team.He/She works well in a team environment, and is able to communicate well with various stakeholders. He/She possesses an analytical mind and displays keen insight into data, using them to address issues and find solutions to work challenges.

- Recruitment & Staffing
- Compensation & Benefits
- Training and Development arrangement for employees
- Appraisals and Performance management
- Conflict Resolution
- Maintaining Employer and Employee Relation
- Ensure all Company Policies are adhered to.
- Oversee and administrate the internal documentation flow. Ensure all necessary documents are properly issued and documented in the right files.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of HR experience handling full spectrum of HR duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Patience to provide listening ears to grievances
- Good analytical ability, impartiality, objective and compliance to handle conflict and dispute
- Positive attitude.
- Able to work on alternate Saturday (1/2 day)
