JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
•Handling matters relating to LTA registration of trucks, buses and vans
•Declaration and submission of customs permits for new shipments
•Handling daily routine sales administrative duties and preparation of sales & registration daily/monthly reports
•Provide sales coordination and administrative support to the Sales Department eg in CRM.
•Ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Manager, Sales Admin
QUALIFICATION, REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
•At least GCE N/O Level
•3-5 years relevant administrative work experience, preferably in an automotive industry
•MS Office proficiency
•Good interpersonal skills
•Able to reply emails, draft letters and be resourceful
