- Focus on developing the supply chain business for key petrochemical products such as crude oil, refined oil, fuel oil, naphtha, and asphalt.
- Integrate resource channels and serve upstream and downstream enterprises to achieve company-set goals.
- Lead the team in market development, explore new business models, and establish strong customer-business relationships.
- Conduct market surveys, integrate industry market information, and analyze markets based on macro and fundamental analysis.
- Promote institutionalization and standardization within the business unit, approve organizational structure, and manage internal systems.
- Responsible for building and evaluating subordinate employee teams, including talent selection and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, with in-depth knowledge of petrochemical industry chain products, trade, logistics, and risk control.
- Strong industry resource channels, market development capabilities, and business acumen.
- Good command of mandarin language to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
- Strong communication, coordination, and work pressure resistance, with teamwork spirit and management experience.
