At SHEIN, the marketing team consists of various functions: e-commerce channel operations, social media, key-opinion leaders’ management, branding, graphic design and data analysis. Combining these functions, it allows us to implement marketing activities that are attractive and connects us with millions of customers, to achieve our mission where “everyone can enjoy the beauty of fashion” across the region.
We are looking for a creative and positive professional to work within the marketing team on marketing operations. Your role is to grow and help shape our regional marketing programmes, working at each stage of the funnel to build the brand awareness and optimise marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, push notifications, etc) and performance evaluation
- Participate in CRM planning and executing CRM & Campaign programs
- Conduct comprehensive experiment throughout the customer lifecycle to identify successful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement
- Work closely with other team (campaign operation, channel operation, product, etc) to create banners and layout of pages that are personalized to the local market.
- Create hypotheses, run A/B tests or other experimentations and apply basic statistics to improve campaign performance
- Measure and analyse activity with data driven insights, drive efficiencies and effectiveness through continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years e-Commerce CRM experience, preferably in E-commerce & Fast Fashion industry.
- Experience in planning and leading cross functional projects and strategic initiatives, highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive workstyle.
- Able to work independently, has initiative, and at the same time, a team player who can work well with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data analysis ability, be able to find business problems from data, and be able to convert business problems into data indicators.
- Good understanding of user journeys, digital usability and user experience. Familiar with the key promotional calendar and the market behavior.
