- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services to the business
- Manage the entire recruitment, selection, performance management and off-boarding cycle.
- Review HR workflows and processes as and when required with a view to streamline for greater efficiency and productivity
- Participate in regular annual HR exercises including Annual Performance Appraisal, Salary Review & Variable Bonus exercises, and any ad hoc salary reviews or promotions.
- Handle employees’ enquiries on Company’s HR policies and procedures, staff benefits and schemes, employment certification etc
- Propose and execute retention plan to keep employees in the team to service the clients
- Actively identifies gaps, processes and implement changes to drive excellence
- Participate in tender and costing preparations
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, either from a HR generalist/business partnering and talent management background
- Systematic and methodical in thought process and work approach
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and spoken
- Comfortable to operate in a fast and changing business environment with can-do attitude
