Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Software Support Executive (Payroll/HRIS) at QuickHR Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing technical support, implementation, database management, and programming assistance to clients. The Software Support Executive will also engage in sales activities related to software solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers for the HR software system.
- Replying to emails, and guiding users on how to use the system.
- Perform detailed analysis of customer issues & propose solutions.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Ensure software is properly tested & caters to user satisfaction.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Database management experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience with HRIS software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Good command of English and Chinese to communicate and present with customers.
