We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Fleet Process Performance & Compliance to join our dynamic team at PIL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting all aspects of fleet management, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, optimal performance, and strict adherence to regulations and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Track and analyze Fleet-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and statistics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making in areas such as budget, crewing, technical, and energy efficiency.
· Conduct fleet benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and identify best practices for continuous improvement.
· Drive process improvement initiatives across Fleet operations, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
· Contribute to the development of Fleet's strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure long-term operational excellence.
· Coordinate budgetary matters, including budget preparation, budget control, and justification for budget requests.
· Participate in sustainability projects to support the organization’s drive towards decarbonization (reducing carbon emissions).
· Monitor the development of International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations and share regulatory updates with relevant stakeholders.
· Produce performance reports for management and stakeholders.
· Manage crew-related data on the BASSnet Fleet Management System.
MUST HAVE:
· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in maritime operations, logistics, data analytics, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in ship management or a related field.
· Basic understanding of ship management and maritime regulations.
· Proficient in data analytics and presenting data/information in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
