Your primary objective will be to convert opportunities into successful sales, consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Data Mining: Utilize various methods to identify and gather potential leads, conducting thorough research to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales Conversion: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Avantus’s training solutions effectively. Strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent support and service.
- Sales Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement. Follow up on marketing-generated leads to drive sales opportunities.
- Market Research and Expansion: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities. Engage in strategic networking to expand industry contacts and enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance sales performance and drive growth.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of business ethics and integrity in all sales activities and client interactions.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and company objectives.
