We are looking for associate corporate sales manager to further our business. You will be someone who have existing ready corporate clients who are in the Food and Cleaning industries. Your primary task is to market our PWM training courses for their Food and Cleaning workforce. We will compensate you for every sales/ enrolment generated. This is an associate position, so you can work from home or freely use our office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Existing Client Network: Bring a established network of corporate clients in the Food and Cleaning industries, with a direct connection to the decision-makers in their workforce training of PWM courses.
2. Marketing and Promotion: Effectively market and promote our training courses to these clients, highlighting our benefits and value proposition for their workforce. Able to develop approved marketing collaterals.
3. Sales Generation: Generate new sales leads and convert them into course enrolments.
4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with client decision-makers, understanding their training needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Course Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our training courses, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends and SSG circulars.
6. Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate sales progress, client feedback, and market insights to the Director.
7. Code of Conduct: Adhere and comply with our code of conduct and SSG terms and conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Industry Experience: Proven experience in corporate PWM training sales in the Food and Cleaning industries.
2. Existing Network: Established relationships with the corporate decision-makers in these industries.
3. Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, with a track record of success.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-Motivation and Organization: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
