Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our Chinese Mixed Rice Shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of Chinese dishes, with a focus on mixed rice offerings. You will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic meals that keep our customers coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, with a focus on mixed rice options.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to create new menu items and specials.
- Manage and train kitchen staff as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
