Qualifications & Experience
● GCE ‘O’ Levels, Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management
● Guest Service experience: 1 Year
● Hospitality or Tourism related industry is preferred
Responsibilities
● Hold up Signage Display with the guest’s name and company logo
● Greeting guest and provides warm welcome at the airport arrival hall
● Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with a smile
● Offer assistance with guest’s luggage (if required only)
● Address guest inquiries and provide information on local services if needed
● Accompany guest to the pre-arranged designated vehicle (will advised by HQ)
● Collect and log guest feedback to aid in service improvement
● Report any concerns or issues to management in a timely manner
● Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation and professional behavior and maintain our company image
● Familiar about airport services, facilities and emergency protocols to adequately assist our guests.
● Remain calm to handle stressful situation (if occurred) and provide reassurance/support to the guest
● Handle complaints and resolve conflicts (if any) while maintaining a positive atmosphere
Requirements
● Proficient in English (Spoken & Written)
● Pleasant Disposition and Interpersonal Skills
● High attention to details
● Willingness to commit to Flex work hours and days
● Willingness to work ODD hours
