Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the Senior Manager for the recruitment and manpower issues for the organisation.
- Manage recruitment from outreach initiatives, selection of candidates, conduct interviews and offer of employment
- Monitor the monthly manpower turnover and take pro-active steps to fill the vacant positions so as to ensure that the department‘s establishment are met
- Handle paper work pertaining to recruitment, confirmation, transfer, resignation, termination and dismissal cases. This includes on boarding of new hires and off boarding of exit staff
- Ensure that the licenses of clinical employees are current and valid
- Undertakes project assignments as and when required
Requirements
- Preferably Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Team player who’s able to exercise initiative, multitask and work independently
- Good organizational skills, meticulous and resourceful
- Proactive and an effective change agent
- Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Exposure in Community Care or Public Healthcare sector will be an added advantage
