- Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts.
- Develop engaging social media posts, photography, and video content for marketing purposes.
- Work closely with the internal team to brainstorm and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns.
- Create schedules and calendar plans for content releases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all social media-related inquiries.
- Conduct market research to enhance strategies, improve content, and optimize performance based on insights.
- Plan and facilitate company-organized events and agency-related activities.
- Produce media content, including videos and artwork, to build and support the brand image.
- Provide backup support for customer service and backend operations as needed.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Required languages (s): Bilingual
Experience
- At least 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills(s): Photo / Video Editing Skills, Good Communication Skill, Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Application, Good Team Player, Able to work on rotating shift basis inclusive of weekend and PH
- Minimum Intermediate Level specialized in content creation or equivalent.
