My client a family office is seeking a Junior Accountant/Executive to manage full set of accounts for their various businesses.
Job Description
- Handles full set of accounts in Xero accounting software and its integrations
- Data entry and maintains accurate, complete account transactions.
- Prepare payroll submissions;
- Liaise with external accounting and tax service provider and other professional advisors for statutory compliances;
- Assist in the management and maintenance of robust internal control processes;
- Preparation of operational budgets and financial forecasts;
- Prepare monthly schedules for month-end closing and reconciliation
- Perform account analysis to ensure journal entries and balance sheet are correct.
- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of month end reporting.
Job Requirements:-
- Experience in Full sets of Accounts including AP, AR and GL
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and understand Chinese as required to deal and work with Mandarin speaking clients
- Accounting System : Xero and Strong in Excel
- Willing to work in family office environment with diversfied business
- Work life balance and good working stable environment
- Location : Town, 5 days work week 9am - 6pm
