Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Senior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll functions, assisting in resume sourcing and interview coordination, and performing various HR administrative duties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, and other related tasks. Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination to support the recruitment process. Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Perform daily HR administrative duties, including handling work pass-related matters and submitting government claims (e.g., GPML, CCL). Carry out office administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the HR department. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall objectives of the HR department.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential
· Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous
· Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
