Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving business deliverables & market share targets.
- Deploy the optimal direct and channel strategies, drive strong channel engagement (online/offline) to provide seamless consumer experience and develop strong business value propositions and engagement with existing customers via regular joint business plans
- Seeks opportunities for the business and identify new business growth areas.
- Constantly seeks opportunities with the product management team to improve the product sales mix to generate profitable growth.
- Contributes and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross functional counterparts to deliver common business objectives.
- Nurture and develop the next generation of leaders. Coach and mentor direct/ indirect reports to build a strong high performance team.
Requirements:
- Degree in business management and /or technical field.
- Sales & marketing experiences of minimum 10 years in the B2B industry
- Leadership experiences and market knowledge of Asia Pacific region
- Experience of CRM and Ecommerce in B2B industry
