Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership by directing and coordinating the activities of the Maintenance Services Team for Fixed and Rotating Equipment.
· Responsible for the overall management of maintenance services associated with the Fixed & Rotating Equipment to ensure work is planned, scheduled and executed safely, with quality and efficiently.
· Drive the inspection programs for Fixed & Rotating Equipment to identify potential issues and ensure rectifications actions are implemented timely.
· Provide direction for maintenance resources performing field work for alterations to existing systems or installation of new systems.
· Drive team to meet all site Maintenance and TurnAround KPI
· Drive team to implement Mechanical Integrity/Reliability driven programs at site.
· Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting services for rectifying problems impacting Safety, Quality, Reliability and Production.
· Support the Reliability and Capital project team on the Reliability improvement initiatives, RCA root cause analysis Investigations and successful execution of capital projects to meet all KPI.
· Support Capital project team in developing and maintaining 5 years capital projects list for Fixed & Rotating Equipment disciplines.
· Lead the capital projects for Fixed & Rotating Equipment disciplines to meet all KPI.
· Responsible for Capital/Critical spares tracking, implement the recommended preservation strategy and timely depreciation.
· Support the ISO program, PSM Audits and SOX compliance.
· Provide and coordinate proper resources to support process safety studies, incident investigations, Low Cost Producer programs, predictive/preventive maintenance programs and other mechanical activities
· Maintain/Review records of maintenance activities including PPM check lists, inspection reports, equipment failure history and critical spares inventory.
· Drive team on cost saving ideas/productivity projects to control Maintenance cost.
· Network with Peers from other sites and Global CTG team to identify and adopt best practices for Maintenance and TA programs.
· Work closely with Reliability team and provide his/team support as and when business need arises.
· As working Lead, incumbent still need to perform as individual contributor to support his respective discipline work.
Qualification:
· Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
· More than 15 years in Fixed/Rotating Equipment Maintenance and Reliability in Petrochemical or Refinery
