Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets for the team and individual sales consultants.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive new car sales, financing and insurance products.
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximise individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address performance issues proactively.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data driven decisions to improve sales
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales track record in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
