- Support the Human Resource Division in the day-to-day HR operations.
- Main role is to plan and execute the setup of the new division, which will consolidate and build on the public health functions.
- Arranging of interviews and collecting personal documents from candidates
- Maintaining personnel records and updating HR databases
- Assist in any other HR administrative and operational duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum tertiary Degree qualifications from recognised discipline
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Cumulus will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and proactive, with a keen sense of timeline
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
