We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with a passion for the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in photo and video editing, along with basic design skills. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's marketing efforts, creating compelling visual content, and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s identity and maintain consistency across all channels.
Assist in organizing and promoting brand events, promotions, and product launches.
Content Creation:
Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using basic design tools.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the brand's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence by posting regular content, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into our marketing strategy.
Customer Service
To be able to handle different situations presented by customers and provide a resolution on time.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and offer insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience in photo and video editing.
Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
