Job description:
- Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter. Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing.
- Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
- Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function.
- Project budgeting and costing reports.
- Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers.
- Assist Senior Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyze cost comparison.....etc
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Possessed at least diploma / degree certification in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Projects knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit software will be added advantage.
