Job Description
· Conduct indoor sales to walk-in, write-in and phone-in customers in a professional and pleasant manner
· Organise the shop’s merchandise and keep the retail shelves neat and captivating.
· Conduct inventory planning and control to achieve optimum stock levels of all sales items.
· Administer sales transactions with the use of computer programs.
· Respond to corporate sales inquiries by sending out quotations.
· Constantly study market trends, i.e. consumer behaviour, competitors’ products and prices, and provide feedback to management.
· Constantly acquire job-related theoretical and practical skills and knowledge - through formal and informal in-house training, external training courses, reading product brochures and learning from existing users, in order to maintain a high standard of professionalism in the discharge of duties.

· Skills in selling, customer service and organisation,
· Comfortable with the typical SME culture of multi-tasking
· Willingness to work at different outlet locations when the need arises
· Ability and willingness to meet exacting demands on learning new skills and processes
· High expectation on competency and professionalism
