Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of all the self-storage facilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve budgetary goals and enhance profitability.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management and optimization of resources.
- Utilize available platforms and tools for reporting, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
- Consolidate and analyse reports from store managers to ensure smooth operations and address any discrepancies.
- Manage manpower across different stores, including vacation planning, sick leave, and redeployment.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the operation.
- Work closely with HQ on key operational drivers, including pricing, marketing, HR, and finance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the self-storage or related industry such as retail, FMCG, co-sharing space, rent facilities etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
