Job Description
- Process recruitment through placement of recruitment ads, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
- Responsible for preparing appointment letters for new staff, track & process confirmation & adjustments.
- Monthly payroll processing using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare monthly payroll journal & monthly reconciliation reports to Finance department
- Responsible for following-up with necessary procedures for resigned staff e.g. clearance, exit interview and cessation pay.
- Maintain and continually review personnel policies, procedures and practices, updating andor recommending improvements as appropriate to the Management.
- Coordinate and carry out periodical Performance Appraisal exercise.
- Update and maintain employee's personal, leave and training records.
- Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals and cancellations of foreign staff.
- Provide administrative support including travel, visa application and hotel arrangements and staff insurance.
- Responsible for leave administration & generating monthly leave reports
- Assist in the organization of company events.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 'O' level with Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience.
- Exposure in payroll processing with good knowledge of statutory regulations, CPF contributions and tax laws for Singapore an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MOM policies for application of work passes and SDF submission.
- Experience in recruitment is a distinct advantage.
- A strong team player, meticulous, approachable, self-motivated and flexible with Can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently and follow up tasks delegated
- Good organizational, planning and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Good computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
