Job Descriptions
- Recruitment: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process
- Job Request: Ensure job requests are raised by the Hiring Manager and approved
- Job Description: Work closely with Hiring Managers to craft detailed job descriptions.
- Job Posting: Post jobs on various job boards including MyCareers Future SG.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Invite and coordinate selected candidates for second and third interviews.
- Offer Preparation: Prepare and send job offers and employee application forms to selected candidates.
- Document Management: Ensure all necessary documents are collected and saved into the new employee folder in the shared drive.
- Onboarding Documentation: Collect and pass onboarding documents (e.g., photos, certificates) to HR Assistant.
- Employee Data Entry: Create employee data in WebHR for supervisors and above.
- Weekly Onboarding Report: Prepare and share a weekly report on recruitment progress.
- Ad-hoc Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Monthly Attendance Report: Generate monthly attendance reports from WebHR.
- Payroll Assistance: Assist HR Manager with payroll-related matters.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure employee information in WebHR is accurate, including bank accounts and salary amounts.
- Resignation Handling: Inform payroll vendor of resignations within two days of receiving resignation letters.
- Final Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate processing of final payroll by the vendor.
- Payroll Report Verification: Verify the accuracy of payroll reports provided by the vendor.
- Information Provision: Provide a list of staff email addresses and bank accounts to the payroll vendor.
- Employee Engagement: Assist HR Manager with engaging employees monthly to ensure support.
- Focus Groups: Conduct monthly focus groups for climate checks.
- Feedback Sharing: Share feedback and findings with HR Manager and GM.
- Collaborates closely with the Manager-in-Charge
- Interacts with different departments and the storekeeper to ensure accurate requisitions.
- Follow-up with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery of products
Job Requirements
- Meticulous, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and operations
- Some experience in supporting a HR team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or related fiel
