- To inspect the physical condition and features of watches for authenticity
- Assess physical condition of watches and determine their value
Watches repairs & Servicing:
- Inspect watches to diagnose problems such as timekeeping inaccuracies, mechanical failures, or cosmetic damage
- Assess the extent of repairs needed and provide cost estimates for the work
- Fix or replace defective components in mechanical watches
Management of Retail Operations:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. To evaluate and refine operational processes and systems
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
- Oversee customer service and ensure that the company’s service delivery meets or exceeds expectations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, and customers
Frequent overseas travel:
- Required to travel frequently to South-East Asian countries to source for products, repairs and meet suppliers and customers.
Language proficiency:
- Knowledge of English, Mandarin and Indonesian are essential due to customers' and suppliers' linguistic background
