Alangkaar Pte Ltd is a leading wedding and events planning company, delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. We are looking for an energetic, versatile, and hands-on All-Rounder Event Assistant to join our team. If you’re passionate about the event industry and love being involved in a wide range of tasks, this is the perfect role for you!


Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with event setup, including decorations, furniture, lighting, and sound systems, ensuring everything is perfectly in place.

Logistics Support: Help with organizing and managing logistics, including transportation coordination, material movement, and general event day operations.

Decoration and Setup: Assist with floral arrangements, staging, table setups, and other decorative elements to create beautiful event environments.

Photography and Videography Assistance: Support our photography and videography team during events by handling equipment, capturing moments, or assisting with creative direction.

Client Support: Engage with clients on event day, ensuring their needs are met, and provide a friendly and helpful presence.

Catering and Hospitality: Help coordinate catering services, ensuring food and beverage setups are smooth and guests are well taken care of.

Crowd Management: Help manage guest flow and seating arrangements, assisting in event coordination to ensure everything runs on schedule.

Miscellaneous Support: Provide hands-on assistance for any other tasks or areas that may need attention during event execution.

Requirements:

Versatility: Ability to handle various tasks, from logistics and setup to client support and event coordination.

Physical Fitness: This role requires physical work, including lifting and moving materials, setting up equipment, and being on your feet for extended periods.

Event Experience: Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and offer solutions to ensure the smooth flow of events.

Team Player: Work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues and ensuring the best results for every event.

Flexibility: Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for event schedules.
