Working Hours:
- 5 days shift (including Weekends/PH), Follow Roster
- 2pm to 11pm " (44 Hours Per Week)

Duties and Responsibilities
- To manage workstation assigned to ensure daily production, preparation and presentation of food at the highest standards
- To have a detailed knowledge in the menu and standard procedures of food receiving, storage, prep and sanitizing
- Monitor inventory to minimize loss and wastage
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in food & Beverage
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware
- Must be able to handle pork
- Singaporean Only
